I am back with a new number of Wednesday Inspiration! I first wanted to thank you all for the warm feed-backs I received regarding my Wednesday Inspiration and Friday Tutorial blog posts, it makes it all worth while! I am so very happy that you like them as I make them for you all! I also wanted to use this minute of massive group hug to thank you all for your support and readership as I reached 100 followers this week! I can't believe I am inspiring so many of you and it really make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!!! So without any further delay here is this week's inspiration:
All about portraits and I love the writing at the bottom of the photos!
Great idea to use the polaroid frame as a focus for embellishments!
I adore the vintage looking photo and those "burned" colours. Also love the "French" touch ;)
So you will have guessed that this week's theme is Polaroid! Oh my gosh, they are so trendy and you can see them everywhere in the new CHA releases! Having received a packet of gorgeous Kaisercraft Polaroid frames from Chrissy at Merly Impressions and I knew I wanted to head that way with my Wednesday Inspiration rendezvous! So here is my layout:
I decided to use the frames for an auto-portrait layout and I loved to write a little something on the bottom of that big frame! I also used some smaller frames as an accent for some embellishments at the top right corner of the page. I decided to give that "burned" look I liked so much in that last photo by distressing around the page with Tea-Dye distress ink.
A few close-ups:
I had so much fun designing this layout! Once again I used a lot of stamping: my background paper and my greenish paper are entirely made with stamps and inks. I also used some gorgeous Kaisercraft papers from the Miss Match and Timeless Vintage paper pads. I simply coloured the music paper with Barn Door distress ink.
I hope that this inspired you!
